From personal experience as a dog with allergies, I have several suggestions for training humans to become better dog mentors. Dog allergy symptoms can include skin allergies, dog food allergies (particularly corn and soy), house dust mites and ragweed. Many people don’t suspect food allergies as the cause of their dog’s itching because their pet has been fed the same food all its life and has just recently started having symptoms. Symptoms of allergic reactions to dogs include sneezing, itchy and watery eyes, coughing, wheezing and difficulty breathing. Symptoms can appear at any age, whether a pet has just started a new diet or has been eating the same food for several years.

Allergy refers to an excessive immune response to an allergen. This reaction happens when tissues are hyper-sensitive to the allergen. Allergic reactions are caused by a wide range of substances and conditions. These include pollen, dust, cosmetics and hair, poisonous plants, serums, vaccines and medicines, physical agents like heat, cold and sunlight, and a variety of foods. Foods that commonly cause allergic reactions are oranges, milk, eggs, wheat, fish and other seafood, chocolates, tomatoes and strawberries. Allergy symptoms are manifested in various forms in different organs. These include recurring headaches, migraines, dizziness, irritability, nervousness, depression, neuralgia, conjunctivitis, eczema, hay fever, a stuffy or runny nose, diarrhea, vomiting, hives, asthma, shortness of breath and swelling face and eyes. The same substance can cause symptoms in different people at different times.

Allergy treatments include OTC medication, prescription drugs, allergy shots, and all natural home Allergy Remedies.

Upon looking for a way to improve workplace efficiency, there are many things that can be done.  One of the best ways to do this, however, is to purchase and install an office air purifier because there are many benefits to adding this appliance to the office environment.  With cleaner air to breathe from a unit that includes both activated carbon and a HEPA filter, the productivity of the workplace can increase significantly.  Removing the particles within the air that typically cause asthma attacks, allergy symptoms, and viruses will cause for a much healthier atmosphere for all employees.  Commercial grade units are available in many different price ranges allowing them to fit well within the budget.
