    Wheat-grass is not something I use every day because just making a shot uses quite a bit of grass. he machine is sturdy enough for daily use, though. I do believe in the benefits of a Weatgrass Juicer to keep in line with my get fit regimen. I have started exercising more and eating raw foods. Instead of chocolate for a snack, I freeze grapes and just use them whenever my sweet tooth hits.  I expect it will be a while before I am where I would like to be, but as long as I am juicing, half the battle will have been won.
