After graduating from the Intermediate Exercises, you can now proceed slowly with the more advanced Aerobic Exercises.
Maintain spine in neutral position while stabilizing with abdominal muscles to protect the low back during aerobic exercise.
1. Stationary bike for 20 to 30 minutes
2. Treadmill for 20 to 30 minutes.
Thru some simple lower back exercises, you will experience a great sense of relief. Your blood supply and circulation will improve. When you do regular stretching, it will enhance the overall fitness of your body tissues. Yoga exercises can also be helpful for the release of endorphins which are the body’s natural pain killers.
