    After graduating from the Intermediate Exercises, you can now proceed slowly with the more advanced Aerobic Exercises.

    Maintain spine in neutral position while stabilizing with abdominal muscles to protect the low back during aerobic exercise.       

    1.  Stationary bike for 20 to 30 minutes       

    2.  Treadmill for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Thru some simple lower back exercises, you will experience a great sense of relief.  Your blood supply and circulation will improve. When you do regular stretching, it will enhance the overall fitness of your body tissues. Yoga exercises can also be helpful for the release of endorphins which are the body’s natural pain killers.  These lower back pain exercises will provide you more comfort, better health and a positive outlook in life!

Type in “Used Elliptical Machines” in the For Sale category to find a selection of used elliptical machines. Similarly, you can go to ebay.com and enter “Used Elliptical Machines” to find a selection. On the right side you’ll see search option – pick the one “closest to you”. That way you’ll see the ones closest to you and you won’t have to pay shipping – you can just go pick it up. Oodle is another classified site where you might find used elliptical machines, but they don’t have as much of a selection as the other two sites.

    I am always striving to be a healthier and more relaxed person. One of the ways I have been doing that is to do Pilates. My local Pilates gym provides different types of Pilates Machines for an effective workout. One of the more interesting machines is the aero pilates machine. It is a way of combining both the workout of Pilates and the benefits of an aerobic workout. Ever since I started exercising, I have noticed that I am less stressed. Another benefit is that I have an overall feeling of wellness that I did not have before I started.

    The cycling trek should be not too long or too short. You should always take note of the distance when it comes to choosing. If you’re planning to choose a long cycling trek, be prepared with all the necessities such as water. Also, your stamina should not be an issue. Don’t push yourself too hard by choosing a cycling trek that is too long with an exercise bike overview. On the other hand, you should not just stop at short treks either. It is always better to go out of your comfort zone and explore new miles. If you are trying out a new cycling trek, it is best to map out the area before rolling out. You should be able to figure out the roads, paths and all the necessary landmarks so that you won’t get lost. Although it’s fun to explore new places, getting lost is not really that enjoyable especially if it is a hot day.
