    There is a safety class being offered at work this Friday. I have decided to attend for a couple of reasons. One, I need a basic refresher course on first aid and the instructor says they will cover some. Two, I heard they are going to give a brief demonstration of Hands Only Cpr and go over the situations where it should be used. That is the main reason I am attending the safety class. I am actually looking forward to Friday for more than one reason this week. In fact, I am not really concerned about the weekend just that safety course.

    Whenever I have some kind of health problem I always like to do as much research as possible and find out everything I can about it so that I can make a correct decision. When I began to suffer from sleepless nights and discovered that it was due to snoring I went out of my way to find everything I could about the various Snoring Causes so that I could find the best solution for me.
